The impala ss LT1 did not come from the factory with roller rockers, they came with stamped steel rockers. If you are installing roller rockers in yours, the common advise is to go 1/2 turn after 0 lash, when the pushrod no longer moves up and down.
They are fixed rockers so their are no adjustments for the rockers.
It has adjustable rockers.
yes
non adjustable rockers only unless you bought aftermarket roller rockers in which case they are just like Chevy rockers to adjust. buy a new set that's the only way your goin to adjust em or you could posibly file them down but your risking alot there. id recomend just buying a new oe set for your 307ci.
flat
yes, with roller rockers.
1.5:1 with 3/8" trunions.
If you have a 2001 or newer engine, it comes with roller lifters and roller rockers from the factory.
There is no need to. When you fire the engine up they will be primed.
Doesn't matter on a roller lifter. Flat tappets must remain with the cam lobe they were broken in on.
To be sure on your particular model, take the VIN from the dash and call a Chevy dealership's parts department they will tell you.
