if vechile has been paid in full you must show proof of payment if seller will not accept the last payment you can send a check or money order certified mail to his home and keep the receipt for proof of payment go to the highway department and let them know that the remainder of loan has been paid then contact the court house to file charges for breach of contract and sign a warrant on him
