Take it to a reputable mechanic for a front end alignment, that is how to properly center the steering wheel. Ps. Generally, the steering hub and shafts are splined, so they only go together one way... Good Luck
You will need to remove your steering wheel and remove all internals. There is a 10mm bolt that holds the ignition in place. When you remove that it will slide right out.
Remove the panel underneath the steering wheel. The fuses are in there.
