We took ours to a friendly alarm dealer who pulled the horn off! Now it clicks quietly to let us know we've opened the doors. The alarm companies we talked to told us that because the alarm system is hooked into everything on these models, it's really hard to fix without messing up other systems. Our mechanics refused to touch it, and the one alarm company that was willing to try to fix is estimated a grand in repairs....replacing it can be touchy, because again, it's hooked into all the other electrical systems.
The 1999 Isuzu Rodeo uses 5w-30 motor oil. The oil should be changed every three months or 3000 miles of use.
