I have tried to change out my seats. If you're using seats from any Mazda car, then you'll have to drill two new holes in the 'lower mounting brackets' ( the two pieces that let the seat come forward and backward.
I have tuhe same truck as you, and can assure you that 4x4 and 2wd parts are interchangeable, especailly hte body parts. Only the front suspension might be a different style, but everything else should bolt in the same as it comes out of the donor car. The bodies are the same. Also, Ford Ranger parts will fir on your truck.
I love this truck - if you're doing any engine work, that I4 engine is really really available almost everyhwere... same with the R2 transmission and the Dana rear end componants. Everything from any year of Mazda Pickup should fit, as well as Ford Ranger, caravan, Bronco 2, MPV, Ford Probe, Ford Fusion, etc. Wiki has a good article on our truck whihc describes what vehicles have an identical engine, adn what non-similar engines fit. Anything ford has ever made will fit into your engine compartment ( up to a 440 whihc I don't recommend ), and bold straight to you transmission, which is the same as the one used in larger trucks...
The fuse for your 1994 Mazda pickup truck four-wheel-drive can be found in the fuse box. The four-wheel-drive fuse will be the number 14 fuse.
