The flasher relay is located underneath the gauge cluster to the right of the stearing column. You do not need to remove anything to see or touch the relay, it is level with the bottom of the trim right above where your right leg rests when driving. Above, not to the right or left. Very easy to find. For future reference, many of these questions can be answered by picking up a Haynes manuel for your car. Fantastic resource. Now, if anyone can tell me where to BUY the flasher relay, I would be eternally greatful. Un4GvnBB

The hazard flasher is located immediately to the right under side of the steering column held on by a clip; it is a small silver-colored aluminum cyliner with a push-on 2-wire connector. Remove the trim below the steering column to access (2 screws), lie awkwardly across the passenger seat to get best access. Use a standard flasher from Napa, Kragen etc to replace. I can't find the turn flasher however; according to my 1989 manual it is located on the left siide of the sterring colum, and looks similar to the hazard flasher, but I can't see it on my 1995 DeVille. Anyone have any idea?
