The half adder is an example of a simple, functional digital circuit built from two logic gates. A half adder adds two one-bit binary numbers A and B. It has two outputs, S and C (the value theoretically carried on to the next addition); the final sum is 2C + S.
Full subtractor can be implemented using two half subtractors. The sum output of the first half subtractor can be applied to the next half subtractor along with the third input. The final sum output is the sum output of second half adder. The final carry output is obtained by ORing the carrys from both subtractors.
a half adder/subtractor has 2 inputs (A & B) and 2 outputs (sum/difference & carry/borrow)
a full adder/subtractor has 3 inputs (A & B & carry/borrow) and 2 outputs (sum/difference & carry/borrow)
The optical signal processing is one of the application of the half subtractor circuit. Binary numbers is another application.

half coupling used to take branch from header ie: 2" header to 3/4' branch. where full coupling used to connect to straight pipe. ie: 2" to 2" pipe connection.
A half adder has 2 inputs and 2 outputs, these are usually called something like: Ain, Bin, Sout, Cout.A full adder has 3 inputs and 2 outputs, these are usually called something like: Ain, Bin, Cin, Sout, Cout.A & B are the 2 bits to be added, C is the carry bit, and S is the sum bit. A half adder cannot propagate carry as it has no carry input, a full adder canpropagate carry. A full adder can be built from 2 half adders.
asdfghjkl;' s-sum and c'-carry see for half adder s=a(xor)b and c'=ab for full adder s=a(xor)b(xor)c and c=ab+bc+ac or ab+c(a(xor)b) we can convert two half adder to full adder with help of and or gate. . . ! we got two half adder * for first half adder input is a and b therefore. . .s=a(xor)b and c'=ab * for second half adder input is a(xor)b and c therefore. . .s=a(xor)b(xor)c and c' is (a(xor)b)c note: now connect the c' of first half adder and second half adder to 'or' gate resulting is ab+c(a(xor)b)
implement it. enough said.
by using 4 NCL gates we can design or implement a half adder.gates used in half adder are TH12[1 GATE],TH22[1 GATE] and TH24COMP0 [2 GATES].this NCL have a concept of DUAL-RAIL.output we get for this are S0,S1,Cout0,Cout1.
By using 5 NOR gates, we can implements half-subtractor. The inputs for 1st NOR gate are A and B, for 2nd NOR gate inputs are the output of 1st NOR gate and A input, for 3rd NOR gate inputs are the output of 1st NOR gate and B input, for 4th NOR gate the inputs are gates 2 and 3, and for last gate input is the output of the 4th gate.
It depends if you want your cup to be half-full or half-empty. half-full is 2 half cups half-empty is 2 empty cups
Half -life 2 has not been realsed for free. altough you could torrent it for free using U-torrent or bit torront.
A full turn has 360% to fine a half of something we divide by 2 360/2=180 there are 180 in a half of a full turn
This is usually written half a cup. But it could be written as a "half cup full". But neither have a hyphen.

It was a half moon yesterday. (2-26-11) ;)

take half of the full barels and put them in the empty ones. then each son will get 7 barrels half full of wine. Improvement from someone's answer above, this answer also meets the additional condition (if required) that "the wine and barrels must be split so that each son has the same # of full barrels, same # of half-full barrels and same # of empty barrels." Give each son 2 each, so there are 1 full, 1 half-full and 1 empty left. Take the full one, pour half into the empty one, finally, there will be 3 half-full barels, give 1 to each son. voila! In the requirement, it's also mentioned that "there are no measuring devices handy". So my method above assumes that we can pour the full barrel into the empty one and make the 2 even using our eyes for adjustment.
If 35 is one half, then to get the full you multiply by 2 35 * 2 = 70
