But if you keep lifting and make sure you're eating lots of calories and protein, you can be there in about 6 months. I've been there before and trust me you're doing fine, don't stress their size too much. And when it's warm out again get a tan! Tan skin makes muscles look bigger! Keep working hard
try not to go too heavy at first. start low and make sure you can handle at least 10 reps otherwise it's too heavy. it may take months to get to the point where you can lift heavier weights.
