c++,java are high level language.
BASIC , FORTRAN ,COBOL , PASCAL are high level lanhuages which are simply understood by us used in the computers.
COBOL, FORTRAN, BASIC, C and C++.
"BASIC" is not a program, it is a programming language. A particular BASIC-interpreter or IDE may have been written in a high level language, maybe even in BASIC (C is more plausible though).
There are two basic categories of languages: low-level and high-level. A low-level language interacts with the hardware directly or mostly directly, so an intimate knowledge of the underlying hardware being programmed for must exist. Low-level languages are also relatively difficult to move from one computing platform to another (such as from Windows to a Mac). A high-level language abstracts the hardware, and so programming becomes more solution-oriented and less hardware-oriented. Python does not offer access to the underlying hardware directly, and allows you to perform numerous low-level instructions in just a few lines of code. Thus, since Python substantially removes the programmer from the hardware, it is a high-level language.
high level language; is a computer language that is near to human language. high level programming is a process of programming high level language.Example,c++,java,cobol are one of them. The reverse is true for the low level language.
Yes, it is a High-Level Language

Examples: Algol, Cobol, Fortran, PL/I, Basic
COBOL, FORTRAN, BASIC, C and C++.
Basic level - Rs. 1000 Mid level - Rs. 1400 High level - Rs. 1750
Machine Code, Assembler, & High Level (FORTRAN, COBOL, C).

It depends. Are you basic access? If you are, that's level 20 cap. Unlimited access level cap is 50. Hope this helped.
You can't. VB is too complex and too high level. C is one of the most basic low level languages around. Its very hard to translate into higher level languages but easy to translate into assembler
I think the basic method for cable is using travelling wave methods. The accuracy requirement of Cable FL is high, impedance method couldn't reach that high level.
