Since there is absolutely no evidence that vampires exist, I would have to say no. But, if you are asking about the fictional world then I would say yes. Vampires have forever to explore their sexuality so it is a fair assumption to assume most of them are Bisexual. In the True Blood books (by Charlaine Harris), the Vampire queen of Louisiana is portrayed as lesbian.
