yes in case the two cables have same resistance
no
first remove the battery cables from the battery!! then remove the brake line from the master cylinder then remove the 2 bolts at the back which attach it to the brake booster then remove it! for installation measure the rod that sticks out the back of you old one and make sure to adjust the new one to the same length bolt it back to the booster, re-attach the line, top off the fluid then bleed the air from the brake system!
The integral brake is a parking brake that is on the inside of a disk brake system . This system use cables to engage the parking brake just the same a drum brake system.
my back brake lights don't work, but the brake light on the back door does what could be wrong
It would be unusual to have the same brake pads front and back. That is not to say it does not happen but normally the brake pads on the driven wheels are bigger than the passive wheels.
can do trefoil to the same phase cables
It helps re-fit to slide it back a fraction.
I installed a new e.brake shoes on a 2000 Chevy silverado 1500 4x4. Now I don't know how to adjust the cables so the brake works. How or where is the adjustment on the cables? If it's like my 2003 the adjustment is inside the hub. There's an adjustment wheel just like the old fashion star adjustment on drum brakes. I don't know if they are the same though?
probably a rust brake line i am having the same trouble and one of the steel lines is busted
The brake calipers can be the same the front calipers on turbo cars is normally bigger as up to 90% of your braking force is on the front brakes but the back ones are somtimes bigger not always
Having the same problem on a 02 2wd Blazer. It pulls the cables tight but will not stay down as well.
