generaly 'yes'basically from about 2002 mercedes changed there wheel bolts for E class (not sure about others ) from M12 to M14 bolts so your w211 bolts will have larger bore holes (to take M14 ) so you will need a M12 bolt with M14 radius so that they sit correctly in alloys also the new bolts would need to be shorter about 26mm from base of seat to thread end . described bolts are available from murray-systems.co.uk

Under the rear right hand seat, there are two clips either side of the seat that allow it to be lifted up to reveal the battery.
