There is no definite ruling on this matter. It is not something that Islam would go into detail and give a ruling about. It is just a matter of your personal choice. You should choose whatever way you like.
Yes woman are allowed to use razor blades as well as men allowed to use them. In Islam the removal of eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair on the head is not allowed for woman.(They may cut their hair to shorten it, but should do it with the permission of their husband/father.) Men may not cut their beards, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Every other hair on the body is permissible to cut. However, the eyebrows may be trimmed only in the case of uni-brows where it may be regarded as unnatural. Any questions ask me at: serendipity1206@hotmail.com Jazakumullah Khair

what kinda of a question is this ?? LOL Muslims are people too and can cut their hair anytime they want but i think your mis-understanding the people here its Sikh or Punjabi men who arent allowed to cut their hair and have to keep growing them forever.... but on the other hand I am Muslim and get a hair cut, what every 4 weeks ;)
It's the best way.
Ah yes they do cut their hair, but if your wondering why some of them keep long hair like the Muslims in Afghanistan and Chechnya is because all of the Prophets/messengers of God Had long hair so did Mohammed Pbuh
Muslim men are allowed to accessorize, just like men of all religions do. But Muslim men are forbidden to wear Gold. But regardless of them desiring to wear rings, necklaces, bracelets etc... the only prohibition is that it must not be Gold. (To be clear it is yellow gold especially)
