Was the gated garage really locked at the time the car was repoed?, Could have one of the other resident been coming or going so the gate was open when the repo people entered the property? Can you prove they broke in? Is there a security camera that will prove they did or didn't break in?
IF they did not break into the garage(ie; someone let them in)
Cheap steel buildings can be used for a multitude of things. They are great for storage, workshops, and some come with a garage door so they can be used as a garage.

In most states no, they cannot break into a locked garage to get the car.
A bay garage usually refers to a covered parking space. It is most common in apartment complexes, as a large number of tenants can park under one bay.
have someone to come out and look at it. In general, you would want to be sure that there is a barrier preventing car exhaust from traveling upstairs and that the roof of the garage supports the apartment.
its never actually shown because hes living above hodgins garage!

Yes! a repo agent can legally repossess collateral anywhere, as long as he doesn't breach the peace or break and enter into a locked garage or gate
