They do have very well developed sensory organs that can smell blood (any blood) over a long distance. They do not show interest for sharks' blood over any other kind, though. (Note: recent studies have shown that in fact sharks are no better at detecting blood in the water then any other fish.)
Sharks are attracted to blood, not so much because they like blood, but because if there is blood in the water, that indicates that there is an injured sea creature (fish or cetacean) that is bleeding, and injured creatures are easier to catch and eat.

No known shark species have a particular taste for human blood - or human flesh.
However, ANY type of blood (or urine, by the way) call the atention of many species of predatory sharks.
The most dangerous shark is the Bull Shark, but even this shark do not have humans in their top menu chart. They are very agressive, and they can eat almost any prey they encounter, including humans.
CORRECTION: The Bull Shark, although extremely agressive due to its high level of testosterone in their system (in fact, fishes have 11-Ketotestosterone instead of human testosterone), is not considered the most dealy shark.
That «honor» belongs to the oceanic whitetip shark (Carcharhinus longimanus).
