This is not true. Whilst many snakes are poisonous, a multitude of other reptiles also are. An example of this would be the Gila Monster of southwest USA.

not all blind snakes are poisonous i.e. a snake may become blind due to an accident this does not mean it would become poisonous, and not all poisonous snakes are blind i.e. because alot of snakes rely on their sight to aim/direct where they want their poison to go.

You can roast and eat any snake without worrying about being poisoned. Even the deadly venomous snakes are not poisonous...and none of them scream...they sort of hiss, pop and spatter while you are roasting them.
