Dont go to sleep starving, but don't eat a full meal before bed. There is a happy medium. Have a healthy snack an hour or so before bed time.
You are not surpose to eat anythink 3 hours before going to bed because you want be able to lose it and it will store up as axses fat in your body.
Avoid coffee, cigarettes and alcohol 3 to 6 hours before bedtime. Establish a regular schedule and routine for going to bed. Don't eat a big meal before bed.

never do exercise before sleeping, the muscles don't relax and you have a hard time going to sleep. Don't go to sleep after ou have had a heavy meal, the stomach is heavy and the body is still working. Try to take a bath half an hour before going to bed, your body will be relaxed and ready to go ot sleep. If you have nightmares or bad dreams, when you are at that stage that you are almost falling asleep tell yourself you are going to have a pleasant dream. You may drink a cup of tea. Never drink coffee, or eat cheese and chocolate. Ly down before you are going to sleep, and don't have to much light around you, like this the brain send signals to your body to start to relax.. :) Sleeping is good :P

Yes it is. You can workout at any time of the day but remember not to workout heavy after a strenuous or a tiring day. Also do not workout with a full stomach. Having a meal before a workout is not advised and if you are hungry you can eat a little to satisfy the hunger and give you the energy to work out. But working out with a full stomach is not advised

Your stomach should feel full after eating a full meal. This is the norm, if you eat a snack and you're full, it might be a bit worrisome, but being full from a full meal is just fine.
