well it certainly is hard to explain, believe me.
it's about harnessing all your strength and power into something, be it good or bad, and yeah i can't explain it propperly. I'ts something you have to experience for yourself to understand.
A personal spiritual path is as hard to explain to another as it is to describe colour to a blind person. What makes my choice important to me can not be expressed adequately in words. I find comfort and solace, challenge and intellectual expansion, peace and rightness, caring and sharing, help and helping, joy and unimaginable connective-ness , just to mention a few things, all within the daily practice of my spiritual path.
I do not claim to have all the answers, I don't even claim to have all the questions, but I do know, for me, I am on the adventure of a lifetime (maybe several lifetimes) and I have the guidance, company, help and comfort of my gods and the universe with me.
Yes, Poseidon represents a pagan religion long since destroyed and forgotten about. Greek pagan beliefs were destroyed yet carried on by the Romans, who later obliterated paganism through Christianity. Rome accepted Christianity as is "official religion". Yet, Poseidon represents the same thing he represented in Greek times, as more and more people turn away from Christianity...the pagan gods may take back the religious throne, or maybe the true religion will come to play.

Personally i believe that every person has the right to chose their religion. Greek religion is considered paganism by the christian world but i think that nobody can decide what is right and wrong as far as the religious beliefs of another person. Sometimes each of us has their personal beliefs about religion anyway, even if we belong to the same religious group.
MLB player Angel Pagan can bat right or left (i.e. he is a switch hitter).
Genesis is the creation account of Christianity and Judaism. Pagan views of it would be almost exactly along the lines of "that's not what my religion says, so it isn't right" or "I don't believe that, it doesn't make sense. Here is what I think happened..". However, beyond that paganism can refer to a huge number of different groups, all with a range of opinions ranging form agreement in general to complete rejection of the idea, so a precise answer cannot be made to cover every one of them; imagine asking what every person in the USA thinks of Finland.
There is no right religion.

There is no "right" religion. Every religion has its merits. It is necessary not to judge other religions harshly.
