Along with spiciness many different curries have different countries of origin within the Middle East with India being a major focal point. Each curry can even have specific ways to cook them. As a general note on the color the darker the sauce the spicier the curry. In addition to the above curries are served with sides to compliment the sauce, commonly of which is rice.
