I have benn doing this workout for about a week and im already losing a bunch of weight.

1. First things first, you have to be comitted. You cant just do this one day and then skip it for a few days. DO IT EACH DAY!

2. Get a jumprope that goes up to your armpits,(so show its the right size), and everyday do 500 jumps.

3. 50 regular

4. 50 right leg

5. 50 left leg

6. 50 backwards. thats already 200.

7. then repeat this again and then do 100 of wich ever style you like best. Dont stop alot, even when you get tired, and try to go as fast as you can. Not to fast but fast enough to make your muscels start to hurt. thats when you know its working.
