Sounds like new car time! I don't believe the three problems are inter-related. Lights not working could be the fuse, switch, or bulbs. Need to test to find the fault. The AC not working could be any number of things, need to be more descriptive of circumstances/symptoms for online diagnosis. You definitely need lights, better get 'em checked out at a shop if you can't figure it out. ADDED ANSWER Yes they can actually be related. The W-body line is known to have issues with the turnsignal multi-function switch. When this switch goes, it causes you to have turn signals, but not brake lights. Since this multi-function switch also controls your low to high beams control, it is likely it went out too. Replace the one switch, and this will probly correct your problem.
Low beams are burned out.
your light wires have been crossed somewhere ( probably at the tail lights, brake light circuit crossed with marker lights ) look for recent wiring work on the lights and make sure the proper wires match up.
check your fues
I have the same problem- press on the brake, no brake lights. Press on the brake and pull back on turn signal/high beams lever, brake lights turn on! Jiggle the lever, brake lights turn on, but left turn signal does not work. I have replaced the switch that is down near the brake pedal and that is not the problem. I think you may need to replace the whole turn signal/high beams/cruise control switch....or at least that's what I'm going to try.
All the lights on a bus are: 4 way flashers (4) cation lights ( yellow ) 4 cation lights ( Red ) 4 strobe light (top of bus) (1) back up lights (2) brake lights (4) blinkers (4) head lights (low beams) (2) head lights (high beams) (2)
headlight switch
These lights have 2 different "lights" in each of them. This occurs frequently. Change out the bulb and everything will be working fine once again.
The tail lamp fuse is out. This happend on my 94 q45
i have the same problem.did you find out what it was? maintenance@rescraft.com
hmm as you ask what happened to high beams, i am going to assume that low beam works. id this is correct i would say that your low/high beam switch needs replacing
Bad bulbs Bad dimmer switch
First be sure the bulbs are good then check the switch.
