You can have lower Back pain without being pregnant at all. It could be unrelated to your pregnancy. If you have the pain, you have the pain, so obviously it's possible.

No, having back pains is a sign that the baby is still in development. You back is not used to having that much weight put on it, hence the more pain. seeing a chiropractor can minimise the pain and help realign your back, it should help.
