Not necessarily. Keyless entry will have power door locks, but not all power door locks are coupled to a keyless entry system.
The only way to use a keyless entry is to have a compatible power lock.Of course most modern cars have them.
It can have power locks with out keyless.

You should already have relays if you have power doorlocks
Not very easily, since Wranglers do not have power locks.
Not with the keyless entry pad or remotes - unlock your drivers door using your key That's what I had to do on my 1995 Ford Explorer when the battery had a dead cell and there was no power
There are many products that provide a keyless entry system for any car with power locks. The Viper line has many options that also include top-notch security alarms.
Yes, but may be an option My '96 Ram Van has keyless entry. You posted in the Vans section, don't know if you have the truck, but in the vans, the keyless entry unit is behind the CD player (It also handles power locks so it[ll re-lock the doors if you had the back ones open)
best bet is to buy an after market system. follow instructions. if you have power door locks it will be easy. if you don't, you will need additional pieces for the keyless.

Generally on an F-250, if you have power door locks and a keyless entry door pad on the drivers side door it should be equipped with a keyless entry remote. You can also put the vehicle into program mode by using this procedure: Cycle the ignition from off to on eight times within 10 seconds ending in the run position, if the door locks cycle it is equipped.
One or more fuses have blown.
It may be something as simple as the linkage coming disconnected. Have a look at this thread: http://www.mazda3club.com/showthread.php?t=43059

To clarify just a bit. The doors no longer unlock when car is turned off or when using the keyless entry remote. Using the key and the button on the drivers side door still works with out a problem. Also, the doors will still lock when car is turned on and when the doors are locked using keyless entry remote.
you might have the child safety locks activated
Yes, the security systems SHOULD be compatible, if not identical. Every CR-V has the receiver installed at the factory. There is nothing to install into vehicle. Simply program the remotes to your CR-V by turning the ignition on and off and pressing the lock/unlock buttons. Regardless of what your dealer or anyone else tells you the CRV does not need anything installed for the keyless entry to work. The same module that handles the power door locks is the receiver for the keyless entry, if you have power door locks you have the receiver.
To program a remote keyless entry on 1996 Chevrolet pickup, first hold down the power unlock button of the door panel. Second, turn ignition key ON, OFF, ON, OFF. Then release power unlock button on the door panel.
We had this same problem on our 1998 Toyota Sienna; one dealer wanted $400 to replace the computer module inside the dash and another dealer quoted us $200. They also tried to "reset" the module but said it was "bad." However, last month our battery died and it was 6 years old so time to get a new one. After install of new battery, suddenly my automatic locks starting working again at ignition, so I tried my remote keyless entry fob and VOILA--keyless entry now works! I'm guessing the system reset on its own with the loss of power. SO--try disconnecting your battery for 10 minutes. This may reset your keyless entry as well. Best wishes! ~K. Gollnick
