It amazes me that this myth persists. Read this carefully;
There is NO buyers remorse law that applies to the sale of a vehicle of any kind in any state. Buyers Remorse laws only apply to UNSOLICITED sales. Once you sign your name on the agreement to purchase the vehicle it is yours and you cannot take it back in 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, or 1 minute. If this dealer is agreeing to take the car back and only charge you a fee, then count yourself lucky. He does not have to take the car back at all and is doing you a big, big, favor. Pay the fee or keep the car, that is your only 2 choices. Next time make sure you want the car and sleep on it for a couple of days before making the purchase.
My Answer:Some dealers and GM (recently) have advertised that if you don't want or like your car in a certain period you can return it.If you do the return thing be prepared to pay for mileage and damage like on a rental car.
There will also be fees and other amounts that will not be refundable.
If you really want to return the car you will take a financial hit.
If you bought the vehicle you cannot return it period. The Buyers Remorse law does not apply to the purchase of a vehicle.

No. There is no "buyers remorse" law for vehicles. If you change your mind 1 minute after driving off the lot, the car is still yours.
