Remember that Immigration is a discretionary privilege the government grants, so even if you are both truly in love, have a valid bona fide relationship, and have great references, USCIS has the discretion to deny your spouse immigration entry. In other words, while you have a right to marriage, you do NOT have a right to have your spouse enter the country to live with you.
