no a Dodge 318 is internaly balanced and a dodge 360 is externaly balanced the converter, hermonic balancer and the flywheel are not enterchangeable
Engine, torque converter and PCM all have to match.
318 and 340 are 2.500 360 are 2.800 Hope this helps
