So yes, technically you can pee inside a woman, or a man, but it's not advisable due to hers, or yours, health. I imagine she would not be happy if you tried and might keep some "souvenirs".

Accidental urination during sexual intercourse or even digital penetration ("fingering") is not uncommon. It is more likely to occur if a female has a full bladder, has bladder irritation such as during a urinary tract infection (UTI), have weak pelvic muscles, or have had a pregnancy /childbirth in the past. • be evaluated for UTI and finish antibiotics if given
• keep the belly muscles toned; lose weight if needed
• perform Kegel Exercises to strengthen the bladder floor
• discuss with your doctor the option to have hormone testing to see if there is a problem
• expect involuntary urination to occur during pregnancy when ligaments are more lax
• take a bladder control medication regularly.
