No, a Muslims woman that committed zina has no right to get married with atheist, Christian, and or Jewish. She has to repent to Allah (or God and same God worshiped in Christianity and Judaism as well as Islam), intend not to repeat zina again, and ask for God forgiveness. She may try to convince the atheist with Islam religion good rules and morals. If he convert to Islam by heart and mind then she can get be married to him.

None of the "crimes" under Zina (prostitution, adultery, sex out of wedlock, etc.) are an issue from the perspective of most Atheists and the concept of ritual purity is not something that most Atheists believe in. As a result, a Muslim woman's having committed Zina should not be an impediment to marrying an Atheist from the "Atheist side".
