No, the shocks are a little taller but will have no effects on stance. They may make it a little harsher of a ride.
All Jeeps ride a bit hard, its because they are a tough 4wd vehicle set up for offroading, but I am pretty happy with the ride of mine, the TJ Wrangler is a great upgrade from the log wagon ride of the YJ and CJ.
You ride in a Jeep, standard way to say it.
Of course.

the 94 is a YJ & the 97 is a TJ. I have seen a blog that someone put a TJ frame under a YJ tub. Some of the body mounts need to be moved (requires cutting & welding). The advantage is the suspension of the TJ is coil springs not the leaf springs so would probably get a better ride. Go search the Jeep forums & blogs & I bet you will find it. It had nice pictures and a good description of what needs to be done to make it work.
He did not ride in the same Jeep all the time. Depending on where he was he rode in a Jeep chosen for him at that location.

Its safe for any age under 12 years old to ride a barbie jeep. However to drive a barbie jeep you would have to probabley at least have to be 2 years old.
have you taken your jeep to check the timing often when your timing is off it causes this i had the same problem in my 1994 jeep wrangler 2.5 inline 4. Does it run better if you stay on the gas or no if so your timing may be off slightly and your ECM is trying to compensate causing the rough ride.
you ask the man for permission and then you click on the jeep
