Yes, a good painter can match the color.
To remove a scratch on a plastic car bumper sand it lightly. If the scratch did not come out, fill it with filler. Next clean the area. Block off the parts of the bumper that you do not want to get paint on. Spray primer over the area and then finish with spray paint in the correct color.
You can get your car repainted at any paint shop. It depends where you get it from.
They sell a special black bumper paint at Pep boys-if it's the black plastic type either that or a brand that forms molecular bond like Krylon for plastic
If you just want to paint the car the same color or adding a new bumper and want to match the paint, look in your door jam, there is a sticker there with the paint code.
If the car is a collector I would pay a good body manto "buff" the paint

Our bedroom needs to be repainted and I am interested in some faux paint techniques. Which companies offer ideas for paint in the bedroom?
Anyone that is forced to get a repair to any part of their car may be stuck with large mechanic bills. Any plastic bumper will stand up to scratches, but not always dents. If there is a crack in the bumper, you may even need to get a paint job done. Most home improvement or hardware stores carry anything you would need to fix the crack and paint your car. The first thing you must do is scuff the part of the bumper that was damaged. You can use a sandpaper that is 80-grit. You simply rub it from one side of the bumper to the other. This will allow the paint to adhere better to the surface of the bumper. You should now put on a pair of plastic gloves. Then, pour a little bit of prep plastic solvent onto a rag and clean the sanded area. It should only be wiped in one direction, keeping it from just moving dirt back and forth. It must be done this way to actually clean the bumper. Then, you should mix an equal amount of hardener and repair adhesive onto a piece of cardboard. You should wear your gloves to measure around three tablespoons of each. You can spread this new mixture onto the crack of the bumper with a squeegee. You need to give it about twenty minutes to dry. You need to have a new squeegee so you can put on plastic filler. You should put on a light coat of the filler over the crack. The more filler you put onto it, the more you will have to sand away later. You can use more of the sandpaper to smooth the plastic filler away. The plastic filler must be completely dry to sand, otherwise it will spread and cause problems. You can now pour your choice of paint into a paint sprayer, following the instructions from the manufacturer. The region of the bumper that was fixed should get between two and three coats of paint, or until it matches the rest of your car. When this is finished, you just let your car dry for one full night.
Not really that difficult as it looks. I've done this a few times before. I don't own the car or have an access to one, so this is just based on what I can remember. Take off a black plastic cover by removing 2 nylon inserts. Remove couple of 10mm screws. Slide a plastic clip. Move the headlight around a little, and pull the headlight forward and upward. Bending the part of the bumper cover doesn't damage the paint or the cover, but might crack the paint if it's been repainted. I can usually do this in 5 minutes or less.
PAINT
you can, but it is always better to clear the complete bumper, If you don't want to then you should end the clear under the license plate
