Shemale is a very rude term for a male to female transgender person that has not or will not under go sex reassignment surgery but has feminized their body. During fertilization most male to female go through hormone replacement therapy which with in a month will totally and permanently make the individual sterile. If the individual does not go through hormone replacement therapy then yes it is possible for the "shemale" (such a rude term) or "transgenderist" can conceive a child with a women. As far as marriage that is complicated. Legally the transgenderist is male and can get married to a women but there are situations that are different.
(I hate this site. It never has correct answers just like the person who said a transgenderist can conceive before I corrected the answer. Again worthless site for actual answers. I've looked up this question all over this site and the all idiotically say yes a transgenderist can knock someone up when this is a situational answer. Most (like 90%) transgender women that want to or have feminized their body go through hrt making them sterile.)
