I don't think we can sue another woman because she is having an affair with our husband. And I'm talking about all continental USA. The only way you can sue this woman is, if she keeps harassing you because your husband stop seeing her. Or if she is stressing you mentally..

∙ 14y agoPROBABLY not. Once-upon-a-time, there used to be laws in some states that could be applied for "Alienation of Affection." I do not believe that these laws exist any longer, and if they do, they are never enforced. I am unable to determine if such a law exists now (or ever existed) in the state of Ohio.
