It's not how they hear it, but rather how they process the information they are hearing. Alcoholics/people under the influence can have problems fully comprehending what they are hearing and seeing. Alcohol thins the blood which would normally supply the brain with much needed oxygen. The more alcohol in your system, the less oxygen gets delivered to your brain. Someone who is just under the influence could have trouble understanding what is being said to them. Chronic drinkers/drunks/alcoholics can cause long term or permanent brain damage which will cause them to lose mental/brain capacity even if they are sober. So, yes, someone who is drunk or an alcoholic may believe that the sober person speaking with them is under the influence. I have experienced this many times with an alcoholic relative. While I was stone sober, shew would insist that I was drunk because she couldn't comprehend what I was saying to her.
All alcohol spirits will have a warming affect on a person to help keep them warm in a cold environment.
Anybody can become ill because of alcohol. When a person overdoses on alcohol, it is known as alcohol poisoning. Alcohol poisoning can result in death if too severe and left untreated.

Alcohol can affect a person's decisions, usually for the worst, and can change a person's life forever. Drinking alcohol can be addictive and can become a person's only worry in life and can ruin all of the future goals and plans they once had.
its addictive and it harmed the person who used it.
Depending on the individual's personality the effects of alcohol will increase that person's character because enough alcohol tends to make a person lose all inhibitions. Example: If someone is flirty and extroverted they will be even worse when they are under the influence of too much alcohol. Another example: If a person is one who likes to argue to physically fight with another this character flaw will increase if the person drinks enough alcohol. To some people alcohol is a depressant and others can be allergic to alcohol.

Yes, people do use their dressing style as a way of persuading others. It has been proven that the way a person dresses can have a great affect on the way that others think of them and react to them.
Body fat does not absorb alcohol so the fatter a person is, the greater the concentration of alcohol in the blood, other things being equal.
Tolerance to alcohol does not affect immediate measures of BAC. A tolerant person can have a much higher BAC without feeling the effects but according to the law they are more drunk than a person with a lower amount that is highly affected by alcohol. To be more specific, high tolerance essentially affects the level of habituation a person's neurons have adapted to alcohol and reduces the number of receptors that they have for alcohol. As BAC is a measure of immediate blood alcohol levels, this is not affected by levels of receptors in the brain.
It actually depends on the person because for some people music relaxes them and for others it makes it harder to concentrate.
it depends on who you are. For some people it can make you very hyper ond active for others it can be the exact opposite. It just depends on the person.
I think that it may take a little more alcohol for a larger person to get drunk but I think that tolerance is the biggest factor on how drunk you are going to get. If you are used to drinking a lot that you can handle more. If you are not used to drinking a lot than you can handle less.
