If you do not have title or have not been making agreed payments...YES.
call the finance company and tell them that you want to do a voluntary repossession and they will take it from there.
You call a imbestigator or give the car back to him or her
Im having car problems I just have days that I took it out from the dealership can I take it back and take another car out?
The car dealer cannot take the car if it is paid for according to the contract. The dealer cannot change their mind and take back the car after the contract is signed and money has been exchanged.
NO
The dealer cannot take the car back legally. It is their mistake and they will have to absorb the costs or mistakes that they made in the paperwork.
Certainly. If you buy a new car from a dealer and then wreck it, the dealer will be happy to give you back your old car and promptly return all of your money, and take back the ruined new car.
Take it back to the dealer unfortunately!
GOOD question. Read the contract. Were you in default of it?? Why didnt you TAKE the car back? Why did they have to come get it?
There are NO RETURNS! There is no federal law requiring a car dealer or a person selling a car to take a car back. The only exceptions are where the dealer voluntarily offers to take a car back or certain transactions in California that are covered by the California Car Buyers Bill of Rights.

They can elect not to but if the car has lemon problems you can bring it back. Needs to be well documented. I dealer can take a car back whenever it feels like, but many don't want a car back. You will lose money on it. They will not give you back your full investment.
