Not likley. I just miscarried my first pregnancy, and was on 200mg of prometrium (progesterone).
Brown is just old blood, if it was only slight bleeding and no cramping it was unlikely to be a miscarriage, just what is called a 'threatened' miscarriage. Your doctor may send you for an ultrasound scan just to check all is well.
I had a miscarriage and 5 weeks later gotpregnant and have all the symptoms you are talking about and my doctor says all the symptoms are very normal even the cramps so yes you could be pregnant Have you had your first period since your miscarriage yet? I had a miscarriage and my doctor said I would continue having pregnancy symptoms (even though you've already miscarried) until you have your next cycle.
As far as I know, if your cervix is open, a miscarriage is inevitable. I could be wrong, but that's the way it was explained to me. I've had one miscarriage in the past.
The most common causes of slight spotting during pregnancy are implantation bleeding, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, placenta previa, and placental abruption.
I've had 3 miscarriage. I'm 3 weeks pregnant & I started spotting an having slight pains in my back and stomach. What could be some of the reason for this to keep happening? == ==
There is a very slight chance. With pregnancy, there are always exceptions to everything.
There is no specific blood test for miscarriage, however, by taking a few samples of blood on different days and measuring the amount of pregnancy hormone, it can be seen if the amounts are decreasing, which would indicate a miscarriage. ~pawsalmighty When something like that goes wrong it's usually quite clear. Miscarriages are usually painful and there is a "feeling that something isn't right". For early pregnancy a doctor can usually do a vaginal sonogram to check the embryo. I'm not a doctor but I haven't ever heard of diagnosing miscarriage in such a way. The chances of stopping a miscarriage are slight and at that point they would have to wait and see. Remember too that some miscarriages happen so early that a woman mistakes it for menses.
yeahhh i had one Sorry to say, it is possible. Not as possible as it is with in the first few months, but there is always a slight chance. But, they normally call it a stillbirth, because you have to give birth to the child even if it has died to remove it from your body.
im also five weeks pregant im not bleeding ive got brown discharge which could either be a miscarriage or implantation bleeding i have a slight backache but i wont know nothing until i get scanned so the only thing you can do is wait like ive been told good luck
Well that is hard to say without any more detail than that. It could be your period, it could be pregnancy, it could an ectopic pregnancy, it could be a miscarriage, it could be gas, it could be diarrhea; there are lots of possibilities that could be from just cramping.
You'll probably have a bad scar, you may have a slight infection. you might want to see a doctor again if you haven't already.
I wanted to know the same thing. I have not yet missed my period, but feel bubbling and movement low down in my tummy. And also have slight period pain, but my period is still 2 weeks away.
