No it can not. Ppl started to believe back in the 60s that eating a lot of vitamin C could induce your period and therefor an abortion but it's only been tested on lab animals and is only under 4 weeks of pregnancy and you don't actually know that you are pregnant until week 4 which is why this is useless. There is nothing that shows that the few women that ate vitamin C wouldn't have miscarried anyway.
A doctor gave 300 pregnant women the same amount of vitamin C that those who claim this to work ate, and none of them miscarried. So no, vitamin C is not a way to miscarry or abort.
