I have a friend who got married at 18 while in his senior year back in 1985. He told me the school had kicked him out due to setting a bad example to other students. This was in Alabama and he is a black man. His wife was also black. He left school and never graduated but worked, supported his wife, raised 2 girls who he sent through college and raised a couple foster children. He is a very responsible person and I'm trying to understand what created this result.
Yes. 18 year olds who are still in high school can be married and attending school. Also, with parental consent, 15-17 year olds can be married and in high school. The age with parental consent varies from state to state. High school isn't going to kick married students out, it is against the law.

That is up to the college providing instruction. There are many schools that provide opportunities to take college classes while still in high school. As long as the high school and college work together it can be a great experience! I did it when I was in high school and know several students around my area that do it now.
Her name is Felicia. They were High School sweethearts. They have been married a while and have several children.
Andrew Johnson did not have the opportunity to go to.College or even high school. He was put to work while still a boy.
It is possible to take university/college courses in high school if your school provides it. Simply ask your school counselor about it and they will provide you with the information.
I Believe he was married to his High School sweet heart !
