yes, but you have to change engine mounts, trans mount, trans from a 727a to a 727b(big block trans) you have to change trans rear createl, kick-down linkage, Power Steering pump. also need hard to find 440 water pump housing that has water inlet on passinger side, need hevy duty radiator with both water inlet and outlet on passinger side, you also need to changer trottle rod and linkage. 318-360 engine seat center in fram ,400-440 engine seats 3" off center to passenger side of van fram. best way to do this change is to find a old 400 or 440 Dodge van in junk yard so you can get all the parts you need but note that if you find a 400 you will need the distrebutor of a 440 because the 440 is a RB BLOCK. ALL PARTS FOR THE 400 AND THE 440 SWAP BUT THE DIST. & THE INTAE. ALSO the water pump housing I noted before can be found on some 70s dodge passinger cars with 400 & 440 not dodge trucks
