You have to do sit ups. You can put weight on your shoulder and then do those sit ups. 4 to 8 such sit ups and 4 to 8 such sessions on alternate days.
It is not safe to lose 90 pounds in only 4 months unless under a doctor's direct care.
are you on crack? 8 months for a 4 pack? you can get a 4 pack in a month. do ab workouts everyother day and make sure you eat protien. for a 4 pack your barely need to watch what you eat. just work out..sit ups crunches push ups etc.
Try aerobics or running on a tredmill, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, or join a gym
