The best excercise to do while pregnant is to walk. It isn't strenuous on the body, and it prepares your pelvic muscles for birth. Sit-PS, leg-lifts, and other strenuous excercises are no good. Anything that doesnt feel comfortable is probably bad as well. Swimming is good excercise as well.
