It hard to answer your question as it is not clear enough but I will try. I am assuming this 16 y/o is not your son and his father is an illegal alien. Unless the court has given you custody of your step-son then the father is not liable for any support. If YOU DO have custody then yes, he will have to pay and if he does not he can then be deported after being thrown in jail for non-support and contempt of court. That is up to ICE (INS). If YOU DO NOT have custody then you would obviously have to petition the court for it and wait for their decision. Please note that unless he is an unfit dad, the court will usually leave him as the legal guardian. If you want contact me at CandleFactoryCo@CandleFactoryCo.com
Yes
Yes, he still has a right to be the child's father. Illegally or Legally he is the child's biological father and no matter what anyone says You, the mother and The father laid down and had the child so i think he has every right to be the child's father legally or illegally. And for him to be deported and he has a child is down right wrong. But if he is deported i think when the child is old enough you should sit down and talk about daddy. There are such things as passports, go see the father if he is deported. i really hope that i was a little help Sincerely, M.A.H.

All you need to do is, petition the court to modify your child support order.
Contact the child support agency in your area in charge of disbursement/enforcement. They can probably obtain that information.
If he was deported back to a country that has an agreement with the US there is no problem, just contact your State's child support agency. If it's a country the US do not have an agreement with you have to apply in his country.
Either scenario is possible.
Yes she can be deported. Since your husband is an American citizen so is the baby and mom can sue for child support. It is his child he needs to pay for the baby he brought into the world.
no you cant get deportes cause your a live here and you are a citizen
no Mexicans cant get anyhing now gtfo my America Rique orozco
All children deserve to be supported by both parents, whether they are illegally in the country or not, since that is not the child's doing. However, if there is no support order in place you are not legally obligated to pay.
An illegal alien would not be taken to court to be sued for child support because he would have no documentation. If he was taken, he would probably be held and perhaps deported.
