Yes you can freeze camembert cheese. Never defrost it in a microwave as it will go rubber; let it defrost normally.

YES!!! You can. I freeze it often when I find it marked down at the market. It will have a different texture though. Since I use mine in a French Macaron filling I’m able to adjust the consistency to my needs. I have been employing this method for over 5 years and have a few lbs in my freezer and noticed that today, Costco marked it down to 2.97 a lb. I will he freeing 10 more lbs.
