If a Ford dealership can't provide you with one, give Ebay a try. You can probably even find complete shop manuals for it, although they'll be on the pricey side.
If nothing else, there's an Ebay seller... I wanna say alaphaassistant is their user handle... who, for something like $3, sells .pdfs of various owners manuals and sends them direct to your email. They might have the one you're looking for.
Your local Ford dealer can order you one or you can get a downloadable PDF of your owners manual from Ford for free. I tried adding a link but for some reason it is not allowing that. Just search Yahoo with the term Ford Owners Manual and you will find the Ford Owner website.
