Can you get your GED while still attending high school and then withdraw after you have obtained it?

Probably. I believe that would be determined on a case-to-case basis. My high school had a program that allowed you to take classes for the GED and the subsequent test as part of the high school curriculum. I know several people who had both the GED and a high school diploma.
