You probably can but don't. They use piercing guns which are HORRIBLE especially for cartilage piercings. It can shatter your cartilage because of the pressure. Not to mention how disgusting they are. The only way to clean them is to wipe them down which means that the insides are filled with sweat, blood, skin, dirt and anything else that happens to get in there. You're more likely to get infections from guns and places that use guns are known fro having low quality jewelery that breaksdown in your ears.
You need to be over 18 to get anything pierced by yourself. If not, you need a parent/guardian with you.
