David, you can give her the car IF she wants it and will pay for it. She does NOT have to accept it. if she is wise, she WILL take it and try to sell it to get it off both your credit line. If she refuses to pay, camt sell it, it will be repoed and the lender will sue you after it sells.
Just pay off the reverse mortgage just as any other loan. If there is negative equity you can leave the home to the lender who will take the loss. A reverse mortgage is a non recourse loan, meaning the lender does not have personal recourse against the borrowers if there is negative equity in the home.
Renting an apartment or home will not show up on your credit. That just builds up rental history for yourself. The only time a renter will ever report you to a credit agency is if you move out with a balance that was not paid within 14 to 30 days of your move out.
If your parents are not allowing you to leave home at the age of 18 you are not emancipated automatically because you have a child contrary to what you may have heard...if they are willing to let you leave to raise your child and have your family in your own home then you can leave whenever you want with no legal repurcussions also think about who you will get for a cosigner or where you would want to move because most apartments will not allow a minor to rent alone or without a cosigner hope everything works out for you Good Luck and God Bless!!!
you just leave! you are able to move out at age 17
If you want to leave he will just have to accept it and move on.
Just leave them and move on
if something is bothering you in life then just move away or talk to someone close to you and if that dont help well just move one!
Well you gotta leave the past in the past and it's common sense! Just forget about it and move on.
yes why?
Does_the_cosigner_have_the_legal_right_to_have_the_tenant_move_out_before_lease_is_expired_due_to_no_rent_paid
YES! Just wondering how you know that? What would the crime be? What if the person had a cosigner?
Not unless the the money is paid back by the borrower or if it's a lease, it's until they move. Usually when the principle person defaults on a loan or rent, they come after the cosigner. So, unless the person responsible for the moneys credit goes up so they don't need a cosigner, you are responsible if they default. Never, ever, cosign for anyone, especially family. The same goes for lending money too. If you're going to "lend" money out, you mind as well expect never getting it back. This is how so many relationships are ruined.
