No. Outside of Liposuction or losing a limb, it's extremely difficult to lose weight that quickly. Losing anywhere near 10 pounds a week would involve a Biggest Loser type weight loss regimen, involving both a carefully controlled diet and almost constant exercise, under the care of a doctor, personal trainer, and nutritionist. Obviously this is wildly impractical for nearly everyone.
