Yes, although you may have to run an hour and a half....
just follow the following steps....

4) turn off any air conditioner and turn on the heater
5) run at 20 mph ( it is possible )
by running
You cannot lose 20 pounds in one hour by any natural means.
Ten miles
the tredmill, and push-ups. would probably be the best.

not possible in ANY way, shape, or form
running is about 600 cals/hour, and the general guideline is that 3500 calories burned equals one pound. So in theory, about 120 hours of running would lose you 20 pound. But in reality, it's not as simple as that. The math above will only work if your eating is pretty much spot on to start with. Let's say you're overeating with 1000 cals/day. That's easy enough, it's only about two cupcake's worth of calories. Now you'd need almost 2 hours of running just to get back to square one for that day. To create any weight loss, you'd have to keep running. So, assuming you manage to get your eating(your calorie allowance) right to start with, running one hour daily would give you a good chance of losing 20 pounds in 4 months. And if you manage to cut back a little more on your eating, you'll get it done a lot sooner.
No gas?
If you take a really really huge dump, then yes.
You must do 10 hours of jumping jacks or running in place for an hour before you can lose a single pound.
Get off the computer and start running. Do not eat.
Around 4 to 5 pounds depending on your body and how many calories your taking a day
