yes. you can eat some leafy vegtables and then go for a mornng run for about ten minutes and thatll get ur blood flooing also giving you energy for the day and instead for drivng or oarking closing to the builing walk to work or just oark ur car two blacoks away ack a healthy lunch that contains very few fat but some to help ur metabalism and thhen while sitting in your desk do butt tights which is just squeasing ur butt cheeks and then realeaseing for ten minutes stright when u get home do 50 goood crunches and 10 pushups and 100 jumping jacks and later on before bed go fr another run this time for 20 mins run ur heart out for 5 mins and jog for 5 then run ur heart out again for 5 minutes and then just jog for the last 5 and remember to drink atleast 5 cups of watter a day and don't sit after you are done runnning just walk around till your heart is pounding at a reguar beat.
