Exercise everyday for at least 1 hour. Stop eating at Fast food restaurants Drink a glass of hot green tea before you go to bed ---this will cleanse your system. Also u can take a shot of white vinegar every night before bed ---it burns the fat and eat spicy foods---don't eat after 8pm.

I have lost about 16kg so far and I've done it through swimming laps for about an hour a day, five days a week and eating small meals through out the day, no starving myself, no throwing up simple exercise and healthy eating, its only been about a month and already I've lose 16kg!, no fancy diet, no pills, no carbohydrates low bars or whatever!

There Are No Quick Fixes! There was just a program on TV that went through all the fad diets and the Dr. Atkins diet is sliding right down the tube when it use to be the #1 best seller for diets. Diets are confusing the public ... some say low carbohydrates, others say high carbohydrates, yet others say high in fats, etc. The diets that some of the public just love are the ones that tell you to eat anything you like and all the fat you like. If one thinks of a simple rule "Everything in moderation" most of your problem is solved. The highest rated diet was Weight Watchers! Weight Watchers is teaching people how to eat every day foods in moderation and eating healthy. No gimmicks, no tricks, just common sense.

A body must have protein (you can get this in beans and other sources and if you don't like red meats then stick to poultry and seafood's.) Lots of veggies, fruits, grains, (flax seed is excellent) Pomegranate juice is excellent as an antioxidant, but don't forget those 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water a day and more during the hot weather or exercising (because of perspiring.) Diary products. The bottom line is there are good fats and bad fats. What is it most of us crave in foods? It's sugar, salt and fats and don't think the food industry doesn't know it, so start reading those labels before buying your food! Example: You can buy low-fat frozen dinners for dieters, but if you look at the packaging you aren't getting what you think. Instead of buying these frozen packs, cook a chicken and what's left either freeze for a later date or make a good salad with either fruits or veggies and the cubed chicken with the left-overs.

When going out to restaurants order your condiments such as mayonnaise, Ketchup, etc., on the side. Keep low on white breads, buns, and high sugar products. One thing most of the these so-called pros in diets NEVER mentioned (especially for women losing weight) that by cutting down your yeast intake (anything that make something rise, like buns, breads, cakes, etc.) cut-down! Once you do this the pounds will melt off. I know, because I went to a Naturopathic doctor and that's the first thing she took me off of. Then introduce a LITTLE back into your diet. I also only cook with Olive Oil (virgin) and find that stir fries are excellent and easy to prepare and you get your protein and veggies that taste great. Use more spices and herbs. Butter is better than margarine! If in doubt read what's in margarine. I stick to natural foods and eat butter, but just a small amount. * You eat right and exercise if you're in a hurry. Jump rope and run at least two to three miles a day. I did it and lost 15 pounds in just over a month.

You can't lose weight fast but here are some ways you can lose weight faster not fast but faster. Drink eight glasses of water a day; have yogurt everyday; do 15 push-ups, sit-ups, burpees and run up and down your flight of stairs. Have a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch with a low-cal supper and don't eat after 8:00 PM. Eat spicy food; have a cup of green tea before bed and when you're eating have a glass of ice water with your food because when you have something icy with hot food it will burn the calories faster. Don't forget to move around a lot and when you feel a craving coming on between meals for a snack try a protein bar or some fruits and veggies, but remember move around run, fast walk to the mall or wherever you go.

I was always told to eat three times a day and you would lose weight maybe that can improve and quit soda you do not have to exercise; you do not have to eat sweets! Just eat healthy and quit soda.

It it is scientific fact that ALL people should drink a cup of green tea with each meal and it helps to melt the fat intake and it exits the body more quickly as well as being good for the indigestion.
